The class includes explanation on sushi rice cooking and preparation, ingredients needed and rolling practice. (Maki roll). We will make two types of sushi, one vegetarian and one non-vegetarian. After the class, lunch will available at OMNY restaurant offering Miso soup and the sushi made (12 rolls), or participants can have a take away.
