In this class you will be taught a number of techniques including how to make your starter, sourdough mixing, kneading, proving and baking by the Shades of Yum team. You will also be given a walk through of their Kitchenomiks facility and operations including hot kitchen, cold kitchen and bakery. You will also make your own starter in glass bottles.
