In this class you will be taught a number of techniques including how to make your starter, sourdough mixing, kneading, proving and baking by the Shades of Yum team. You will also be given a walk through of their Kitchenomiks facility and operations including hot kitchen, cold kitchen and bakery. You will also make your own starter in glass bottles. An extensive high tea will be served and a bonus live demonstration of how croissants are shaped and made.
